- assigned military rank
- marks of state awards

- list of military property and weapons
- information about the passage of military training
- stock information
- anthropometric information (height, head circumference, gas mask size, uniform and shoe size)
- marks on military registration and removal from it
- oath-taking mark
Must get a military card for the category of citizens:
- Citizens called up for military service in the Armed Forces of Russia or law enforcement agencies
- Female citizens who are liable for military service when registering for military service
- Citizens who, according to the conclusion of the medical commission, are of limited fitness or unfit for military service for health reasons
- Citizens who were awarded the rank of reserve officer at the end of the military department
- Retired officers
In order to get a military ID, you must submit documents to the military commissariat at the place of residence:
- Copy of the diploma
- Copy of TIN
- Copy of insurance certificate of the Pension Fund
- Copy of marriage certificate
- Copies of birth certificates of children
- Form 9 help (registration certificate)
- Photos 30x40 and 25x35 - 3 pieces (matte)
- Passport
- Certificate of a citizen subject to conscription
- Certificate from the place of work, confirming the fact of work in this organization with an indication of the position.
In case of loss of a military ID, you will need:
- Copy of the passport
- Help from the place of work
- Certificate from the district police officer confirming the filing of an application for the loss of a military ID
- Penalty receipt
