Necessary

  • - two envelopes;
  • - two copies of the writ of execution;
  • - details of your bank account.

Instructions

Step 1

Start writing a request to the bailiff with the name of the bailiff service, as well as the names and addresses of the debtor and the claimant. Be sure to indicate the number and date of the court order to initiate enforcement proceedings.

Step 2

In the text, describe your request and be sure to justify it. At the end of the text, ask to collect and transfer a certain amount of money to your account. Do not forget to indicate exactly where you want to transfer money, indicate your bank account number. Write all the necessary details and the name of the bank in full. Additionally, you can ask for a ban for the debtor to travel outside the country.

Step 3

Attach the original writ of execution to your request. Enter the date, initials, last name (in full) and signature. Make a request to the bailiff in duplicate and hand it over to the office or send it by registered mail with notification.

Step 4

Please note that bailiffs only accept typed requests, not handwritten requests. When submitting a request with a writ of execution, make sure that the documents have a stamp of acceptance and a signature. Within three days after filing, you must have a bailiff assigned to you.

Step 5

The procedure for its work is regulated by Federal Law No. 229-FZ "On Enforcement Proceedings". Usually bailiffs receive citizens several times a week. They cannot refuse you to accept the writ of execution if you submit all the documents that are indicated in the aforementioned document.

Step 6

You also have the right to make an appointment with the specific bailiff who is dealing with your case and get acquainted with the materials of the enforcement proceedings. Do not forget that the request and the writ of execution are submitted only to the bailiffs of the district in which the trial took place.
