Changes or amendments are made to the regulated reports from time to time. Tracking these innovations, 1C: Enterprise software developers release updates that meet the requirements of government agencies. You can update the reports yourself or use the services of 1C representatives.
Instructions
Step 1
Download the new regulated reporting forms. This can be done on the website of 1C developers, from company representatives or on specialized resources. If the computer on which the 1C: Enterprise program is installed is connected to the Internet, then documents can be downloaded automatically, since the application will notify you of the need to update the reports.
Step 2
Launch the disc with information and technical support, which came in conjunction with the 1C: Enterprise program. In the menu that appears, select the "Reporting" item, then study the information and click the "Refresh" button. Choose where to save the download file.
Step 3
Wait for the download to finish. As a result, you will get a file with the rar extension. Unzip it and copy the new regulated reports to a separate folder. If your PC does not have an archiver, then you will need to download and install it.
Step 4
Launch the 1C: Enterprise program and select the required configuration. Open the "Reports" section located in the top ribbon of the toolbar. Select "Regulated". A window will appear in which to update the reports, you must click the "Download" button.
Step 5
Specify the folder that contains the unpacked files with updates. Click the "Open" button. After that, a black command line window will appear, which will indicate the start of the update. Until that moment until the process is completed, do not use a personal computer. Otherwise, the update process may be disrupted and you have to start all over again.
Step 6
Restart the computer after the system informs about the completion of updating the regulated reports. Launch the 1C: Enterprise program and check the installed documents for compliance with the current legislation.
