The first step towards solving the problem will be the execution of a statement of claim for the recovery of alimony. And here, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, it is necessary to take into account the mandatory requirements for the content of the document.

Step 1
The introductory part is traditionally located in the upper right corner of the sheet and is intended to indicate the details of the addressee and the sender. Start filling it out with the name of the court and its location. Moreover, you can submit it to the court, which is considering the cases of the district in which you live, or to the court district at the place of residence of the defendant. Next, write the name of the plaintiff and his home address. In the same format, indicate the details of the defendant

Write in the center the title of the document "Statement of Claim" and under it the subject "on the recovery of child support." Start filling out the substantive part of the application by indicating the date of marriage with the defendant and the time of its dissolution or the end of the period of cohabitation. State the name of the child (or children) who appeared in this marriage, give his date of birth. Write down who is supporting the child and determine the extent of the respondent's participation in this (meaning financial assistance). Further, referring to the articles of the law that allow you to put forward claims against the defendant, contact the court with a list of them after the word "Please". Indicate the amount of the expected payments and the timing for the calculation

In the last section, "Appendix", list all the documents that will be submitted to the court along with the statement of claim. These will be copies of the application, copies of the marriage and birth certificate, a certificate of finding the dependent children of the plaintiff, a receipt for payment of the state duty, a certificate from the defendant's place of work about the amount of his income and deductions.
