A lawyer provides written and oral advice on legal issues, prepares statements of claim for communication with the judiciary, complaints, petitions, statements to instances of any level, carries out representation in courts, authorities and law enforcement agencies.

In the course of his activity, a lawyer has the right, on behalf of his client, to request any information from state bodies, local self-government bodies, non-profit organizations and associations, to receive certificates and extracts from documents. When participating in the trial - to collect evidence and present it in court, to involve specialists in court proceedings, if the principal is in custody - to meet with him in private an unlimited number of times without limiting the time of the meeting.

Notary - a person who has a higher legal education, legal experience of at least 3 years and at least 1 year of experience in the position of a notary's assistant, who has passed the exam and obtained a license to perform notarial acts.

Public and private notaries perform the following types of notarial actions: certification of all types of transactions and wills, issuance of powers of attorney, acceptance of funds for a deposit, identification of a person with a photograph, certification of the fact of a citizen's stay in a certain place and many other actions. As a general rule, notary assistance is provided by a notary on a reimbursable basis.

A prosecutor is a civil servant of the prosecutor's office, whose core activity is the implementation of prosecutorial supervision and control over the observance of legislation in the field of protecting the rights and freedoms of citizens provided by the Constitution of the Russian Federation. A public prosecutor can be a citizen of the Russian Federation with a higher professional education in the specialty of jurisprudence and experience in the judicial system.

The prosecutor takes part in the consideration of civil and criminal cases. As a party to the prosecution, protests against acts of state authorities, as well as local self-government bodies in the event of their inconsistency with current legislation, considers applications and appeals of citizens, submits claims to the court in order to protect the rights of citizens, and carries out supervisory activities in the field of lawmaking.
