Instructions
Step 1
If an employee received a sick leave during the next vacation, in order to calculate benefits for temporary disability and extend the vacation, it is necessary to notify the employer no later than the end of the next vacation.
Step 2
In cases where an employee wants to receive the prescribed vacation days for sick days at another time, the employer must be notified in writing to issue an order that the employee has been recalled from the next vacation. If the employee wants to extend the vacation time, the sick leave must be handed over to the company. A special order to extend the leave for the number of calendar days of illness is not required.
Step 3
In accordance with labor legislation, vacation can not be extended and not received the right to rest for all calendar days of illness, but instead receive monetary compensation. In order to receive monetary compensation, the employer must be notified in writing.
Step 4
If a sick leave was received during unpaid leave or study leave, then it is not subject to payment and the extension or transfer of vacation days.
Step 5
The sick leave is not subject to payment, transfer and extension if it is issued in a state of alcoholic or drug intoxication or caused by diseases due to this. And also for caring for a child or family members and during parental leave for a child up to three years old.
Step 6
Payment for the period of incapacity for work during the next vacation is made in accordance with the general rules. With a total work experience of 8 years - 100% of the average earnings for 24 months, with work experience from 5 to 8 years - 80%, up to 5 years - 60%. Direct payment is issued after the delivery of the sick leave to the accounting department of the enterprise and the accrual of benefits for it.
Step 7
In accordance with the law, the first three days are paid by the employer, all subsequent days are paid by the FSS.
