In this case, you need to leave the vacation on the due day after its end.

If you fall ill while on study leave or on vacation at your own expense, then you have the right to receive a sick leave, but it is not subject to payment. Also, you do not have the right to receive an extension of vacation days, receive compensation or postpone vacation days to another time.

Step 4

If you were on vacation and went to the hospital in alcoholic, drug intoxication or for the removal of intoxication after these conditions, then you do not have the right to receive payment, compensation, extend vacation or postpone rest days to another time.

Step 5

Sick leave issued during maternity leave, during parental leave, as well as received due to illness of children or close relatives who require care, are not subject to payment.

Step 6

The sick leave is paid after its calculation. The calculation is carried out in accordance with the general rules, which provide for the payment of a certificate of incapacity for work according to the average earnings for 24 months and depending on your total work experience. With more than 8 years of experience, you will receive 100% of the average salary, from 5 to 8 years - 80%, up to 5 years - 60%.
