Step 1

First of all, get a job application from the employee. In this appeal, the employer must indicate the position for which he is applying, as well as the working condition (part-time or weekly). The application is drawn up in the name of the head, if the organization has a journal of incoming correspondence, the letter is registered (a number is assigned, the date of receipt is stamped).

Step 2

After that, you must make copies of all the employee's documents for the subsequent formation of a personal file and card (passport, TIN, SNILS and others). Draw up an employment contract. Be sure to write down the nature of the work, position, salary. You can attach both work schedule and rest time to this legal document.

Step 3

After signing the legal document, proceed to drawing up an order for employment (form No. T-1). Assign a personnel number to the employee, in the line "Conditions of employment" indicate that the employee is employed on a part-time basis (week). Specify the salary in full for the month. Subsequently, the organization's accountant, on the basis of the time sheet, will have to calculate the final monthly salary in proportion to the hours worked. Sign the ordering document at the employee. If he wishes to have it in his hands, make a copy, certify it with the blue stamp of the organization's seal.

Step 4

After that, you can file all documents in a personal file and create a personal card (form No. T-2). Enter the information in the work book in the presence of the employee himself.

When applying for a part-time employee, according to labor law, you are required to provide him with annual paid leave, sick days, and upon dismissal, pay compensation based on average earnings.
