Learn to get to the bottom of the truth and do not hesitate to demonstrate your desire to understand and bring the matter to its logical conclusion to your boss. Do not take any criticism to heart, other than constructive criticism.

Be independent. Think more about yourself than about others. After all, your desire is to become successful yourself, and not to make everyone around you such.
