Step 1

Step 2

A foreigner can also receive a SIC if he works in Kazakhstan and, accordingly, makes pension contributions. To do this, he will have to present a visa or residence permit, giving the right to live and work in Kazakhstan.

Step 3

Find the coordinates of the "State Pension Payment Center of Kazakhstan" at your place of residence. This can be done by referring to the information provided on the website of the government of Kazakhstan. In the section on pension provision, you can find a list of the regional branch of the "Center for the payment of pensions". They are distributed by regions, in addition, their phone numbers are given so that you can clarify the opening hours of the organization.

Step 4

Come to the center in person with all the documents. For paperwork, a child must come to the center with one of the parents with his passport and birth certificate of a son or daughter. After registration, you will be given a special certificate indicating the SIC. From this moment on, the code is considered assigned.

If you have lost the certificate and the code itself has not been preserved, you can restore it. To do this, you also need to contact the "Center for the payment of pensions" and write a corresponding application. You will be given a duplicate certificate.
