According to the legislation of the Russian Federation, every two years any enterprise is subject to a scheduled inspection by the Fire Department. The company is notified about its implementation in advance. Inspectors of the State Fire Service draw up a monthly schedule, which describes in detail who will be visited and on what day as part of the next inspection.
Instructions
Step 1
Fire inspectors are involved in checking compliance with the fire safety rules of the Russian Federation. They inspect the premises of organizations for compliance with all the requirements prescribed in the regulatory documents. For the check to be successful, you need to follow the rules approved by the Order of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia dated June 18, 2006 No. 313.
Step 2
Make sure that you have a well-formed order of the head of the enterprise on compliance with fire safety rules. The document should detail fire-prevention measures, as well as indicate the persons responsible for safety.
Step 3
Post evacuation plans from the building in prominent places and check the presence and operation of the fire warning system, automatic fire alarm, and fire protection. You must have a diagram of their location, an acceptance certificate and a service contract.
Step 4
If there are more than 50 people on the floor, the inspector will also check for the presence of fire safety instructions drawn up specifically for each fire hazardous area, an instruction log and an act on the processing of wooden structures and coatings with a fireproof mortar.
Step 5
Do not forget about the primary extinguishing equipment: all fire extinguishers must be in good working order and have a tag indicating the recharge time). Internal fire hydrants should be equipped with tips and sleeves.
Step 6
In any building, the condition of the escape routes is certainly checked, such as: the presence of luminous green signs with the inscription "Exit", the presence or absence of blind bars in door and window openings, the storage of keys from emergency exits.
Step 7
It will not do without inspecting the technical condition of power grids. Service contracts and protocols for measuring insulation resistance and grounding devices, the presence of emergency lighting, locks on electrical panels (and the presence of their markings and executive circuitry), temporary barriers, twists or uncalibrated fuse-links in wires, overloads of supply lines, fire doors and a certificate for them.
Step 8
The inspectorate always assesses whether stoves, kettles and boilers are used in rooms that are not intended for eating. Finally, be sure to check the availability of specially designated smoking areas - they must be equipped with ashtrays and waste bins.
Step 9
If violations are found, the inspector draws up a protocol and issues a fine, or issues a warning (Article 28.6 of the Administrative Code).
