After the conclusion of any contract, you find that you need to make adjustments to some of the conditions. It is very time consuming and unnecessary to renew the contract. In this case, you can simply conclude an additional agreement. But the question immediately arises: how to arrange it, and what should you pay attention to in the first place?
Instructions
Step 1
Draw up an additional agreement on the basis of the contract, that is, you must indicate the name, for example, the sales contract. Then fill in the date and number of the contract.
Step 2
Before drawing up, be sure to think over all the conditions in order to avoid the execution of new additional agreements. It is best to read the previously concluded agreement again, even if you think you know it by heart. As you read, write down any terms on the draft that you think need to be adjusted.
Step 3
After that, sketch out new terms on the draft, consider them with the other party, that is, with the one with which you conclude an additional agreement.
Step 4
Then move on to the design itself. In the center, you must write the name of the document, for example, an additional agreement to the sales contract No. 10 dated September 01, 2011.
Step 5
After that, go to the main text. Start it like a contract, for example, LLC "Vostok", hereinafter referred to as the supplier, represented by General Director Ivanov Ivanovich …. Next, write that you have come to an agreement, and after the colons, in order, list the changed conditions of the previously concluded agreement.
Step 6
It is also very important to prescribe that all conditions that are not touched upon in the supplementary agreement remain unchanged. Below you need to indicate the details of both parties, sign and seal all information with a blue seal of the organizations.
Step 7
All terms must be clear, understandable and not ambiguous. If the supplementary agreement is drawn up on several pages, they must be numbered and stitched. This document is also attached to the contract.
