Consequences of non-payment of a fine
After receiving a copy of the decision to impose a fine, there is a 10-day deadline for appealing it. And after the expiration of this period - a 30-day period for its payment. In case of non-payment of the fine on time, the defaulter is punished with a double fine or administrative arrest for 15 days. Also, the case can be transferred to bailiffs, and they can impose a penalty on the debtor's accounts and income, arrest and sell his property.
