If you have drawn up a fixed-term employment contract with an existing employee of the organization, then his salary as an intern is already included in his salary, and the internship itself is considered as a type of practical training in refresher courses.

Step 6

If you have entered into an apprenticeship employment contract, then pay the trainee a scholarship, the amount of which is specified in the contract. The amount of the scholarship usually depends on the specialty, the profession received, the qualifications of the trainee and cannot be lower than the minimum wage level fixed in the Federal Labor Law.

Step 7

Draw up and issue an order on the hiring of a new employee on the basis of the concluded contract.

Step 8

Do not give the trainee assignments that are not known to be related to the profession they are pursuing, and provide the best possible conditions for the internship. So you will quickly acquire a good specialist and spend a minimum of time and money on his training.
