The Butyrskiy Court of Moscow considers appeals, submissions against decisions of justices of the peace acting on the territory of the corresponding judicial region.

The judges of the Butyrskiy District Court consider complaints and protests against decisions of the justices of the peace that have not entered into legal force operating on the territory of the corresponding judicial region, as well as against decisions that have not entered into legal force, decisions of officials in cases of administrative offenses.
