Judges of the Babushkinsky District Court of Moscow consider complaints and protests against decisions of the justices of the peace that have not entered into legal force in the territory of the corresponding judicial region, as well as against decisions that have not entered into legal force, decisions of officials in cases of administrative offenses.
The Babushkinsky District Court, in accordance with federal law, considers cases on new or newly discovered circumstances.

How to get to the Babushkinsky District Court of Moscow
You can get to the court: Metro Babushkinskaya (the first carriage from the center), get off at ul. Yeniseiskaya.
By bus: Go to st. Menzhinsky to the bus stop. Buses 181, 696 in the direction of the Los platform and bus 93K in the direction of Medvedkovo. The fourth stop is "Starovatutinsky passage". The courthouse is opposite the bus stop.
On foot: Go along the street. Yeniseiskaya in the direction of the Moscow Ring Road until the intersection with Starovatutinsky passage. Turn right and go to st. Pilot Babushkin. The last one on the left before st. Pilot Babushkin will be the courthouse.
