How is a driving license revocation
Only a court has the right to deprive a driver of his license and the right to drive a car. If a violation of the law is found on the road, the traffic police officer must draw up a protocol and withdraw the driver's license. If the reason is the suspicion that the driver is drunk, he should be taken to a medical facility to determine the degree of intoxication. In other cases, a temporary driving license is issued, which can be used pending a court decision.
The place, the time where it was drawn up, the names of the traffic police officer and the offender, witnesses and victims, if any, the brand and state number of the vehicle are recorded, is indicated in the protocol, the number of the article that was violated is indicated.
