The process of closing or liquidating a public organization is carried out in the same manner as a limited liability company. The only difference is that the documents must be submitted to the Office of the Federal Registration Service.

Necessary

  • - notification of the liquidation of a public organization in the form RN0005;
  • - notification of the appointment of the liquidation commission, as well as the liquidator of the non-profit organization in the form RN0006;
  • - protocol on liquidation and formation of the liquidation commission in duplicate.

Instructions

Step 1

Gather a general meeting of all members of the community organization. At this meeting, a decision should be made to close the enterprise.

Step 2

Within three days from the date of the decision on liquidation, notify the Federal Registration Service (registering authority) about this.

Step 3

Form a liquidation committee and select a liquidator. Then in the "Bulletin of State Registration" publish an announcement of liquidation.

Step 4

Collect the documents necessary for the started legal process and send them to the registration authority. The package of documents should consist of a notification that a decision was made to liquidate a public organization in the form of RN0005; notification of the appointment of the liquidation commission, as well as the liquidator of the non-profit organization in the form RN0006; protocol on liquidation and formation of the liquidation commission in two copies.

Step 5

The liquidation commission must approve the interim liquidation balance sheet and send a notification to the registering authority that this document was drawn up in the form RN0007. Also, together with the notification, the interim balance itself is sent.

Step 6

Make all financial settlements with the creditors of the organization, having previously notified them about the beginning of the liquidation process.

Step 7

After the liquidation procedure is completed, it is necessary to submit an application for state registration of a public organization in connection with its liquidation to the registering authority in accordance with the RN0008 form in two copies. One copy must be certified by a notary. Also, along with the application, a liquidation balance sheet, a receipt for payment of the state fee (originals and a copy) and originals of the charter and certificate of state registration of a public organization are submitted.
