How to interact with the guardianship authorities when submitting documents?
An applicant for registration of guardianship must submit the documents listed above to the appropriate guardianship authority personally or remotely (through the portal of public services). At the same time, a certificate of no criminal record, an extract from the house book and a pension certificate may not be submitted independently, since in their absence, the guardianship authorities are obliged to independently request such documents from other state bodies within the framework of interdepartmental interaction. Based on the results of consideration of the application, the guardianship authorities issue an opinion, which is the basis for registration of guardianship. A citizen can independently appeal against a negative decision in court.
