Dividing an order for a non-privatized apartment - this is exactly the decision made by a parting spouse, grown-up children and their parents, grown-up brothers and sisters. All of them are forced to live together, but, in fact, they no longer want to be a single family. However, the difficulty lies in the fact that the very concept of "order" has actually been abolished since 2005. What should be done to those who still want to dispose of their living space, regardless of the people living with him under the same roof?

Step 1
Decide why you need autonomy in your apartment. Do you want to legally secure the right to use the residential premises? Would you like to pay for an alcoholic uncle or brother who has lived in another city for a long time, but is still listed in the apartment? Do you want to improve your living conditions? In all cases, the procedure may be different.

All manipulations with a non-privatized apartment is a long process and does not always lead to the result you are interested in. Be patient.

If you are only interested in separate housing and, for example, you live in an apartment with your ex-spouse, the best option is to exchange living space through the courts. Depending on the housing available, you may qualify for two municipal apartments or rooms. Please note that such an exchange may take a long time - there are not many options for suitable municipal apartments.
Step 4
If you do not mind living together, you can legally define the rights of all tenants to shared housing. You will have to act again through the courts. Submit a claim to determine the procedure for using the residential premises. The existing social tenancy agreement will be changed, the court will approve for each of the tenants the right to use the living space (usually a room). From now on, the social employment agreement is concluded with each member of the section.
Step 5
This option is also suitable for those who are forced to live in the same territory with a persistent defaulter. By going to court, you will be able to get your own bill for utility bills. From now on, you are responsible only for that part of the premises that is assigned to you and do not pay for the forced neighbor.
