Step 1
Find in the legislation of the Russian Federation the right of the child that, in your opinion, has been violated.
Step 2
Compare the real situation with how it is interpreted in legislative acts.
Step 3
Write a statement with specific facts. Do not forget to refer to the violated law. The Children's Ombudsman needs to see that you are legally literate.
Step 4
Create all documents in duplicate. Keep copies of important statements with you at all times.
Step 5
Remember that the processing time for any application takes a maximum of 30 days. The answer must be required in writing, so that in the future you have material evidence if the case comes to court.
