According to article No. 114 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, each enterprise independently establishes a bonus system for employees and the frequency of payment of monetary remuneration or incentives. The payment of the bonus directly depends on the results of the work of the team and its amount must be indicated in the employment contract and internal legal acts of the enterprise in firm form or in percentage terms of earnings.

Instructions
Step 1
If your company pays the bonus as a percentage of the salary, and it is decided to pay each employee the same percentage, multiply the salary by the percentage of the bonus paid. To the resulting figure, which will be equal to the bonus, add the amount of the salary, calculate the regional coefficient, subtract the income tax and the advance paid.
Step 2
For employees working at the hourly wage rate, count the amount earned, multiply by the bonus percentage, add the salary, calculate the district coefficient, subtract the income tax and the advance paid. The remaining amount will be the salary for the current month with a bonus.
Step 3
For employees who receive a salary of 4 from production, calculate the amount of production for the current month, multiply by the percentage of the bonus given out, add the salary, the regional coefficient, subtract the income tax.
Step 4
If the bonus is issued in a fixed amount, you need to add it to your salary, calculate the regional coefficient, subtract income tax and the advance paid.
Step 5
In the same way, charge a quarterly and annual bonus if it is decided to pay it in connection with the successful operation of the enterprise. To calculate, add up all the amounts earned for the billing period, multiply by the percentage of the bonus. You will receive the amount to be paid as a bonus.
Step 6
Before the payment of any bonus, the manager is obliged to issue an order of the unified form No. T-11 or No. T-11a. The first order is drawn up to pay a bonus to one employee, the second - to a team of employees of an enterprise, workshop or structural unit.
Step 7
If the percentage of the bonus to the salary or the fixed amount of money is different for each of the employees, then it is rational to issue a separate order of the form No. T-11 for each person awarded. If it is decided to issue the same percentage or a fixed amount, regardless of the position, you can issue order No. T-11a.
