- Certificate from the tax authority that the organization has no arrears in the payment of taxes and fees (the certificate is valid for 60 days)
- Act on the commissioning of the security alarm system, as well as an agreement for the provision of security services with the Office of Private Security at the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of Moscow (in case the organization carries out retail sale of alcoholic beverages with an ethyl alcohol content of more than 15%)
- A document confirming the ownership or temporary use of the building or premises where the sale of alcoholic beverages will be carried out, with a note of proper registration. In the absence of a registration mark, you will need to present documents confirming the organization's rights to the premises or building. In addition, for licensing the pavilion, you will need a copy of the land plot lease agreement, a copy of the acceptance certificate for the facility, and if a legal entity other than the legal entity that placed the pavilion plans to obtain a license for the sale of alcoholic beverages, a copy of the purchase and sale agreement.
- BTI plan with explication (not required when selling alcoholic products with an ethyl alcohol content of more than 15%)
- Extract of their technical passport of a building or structure in form 1a, form 5 (not required when selling alcoholic beverages with an ethyl alcohol content of more than 15%)
- Conclusion on the compliance with the sanitary and epidemiological standards of the warehouse of the organization with a note on the number and date of registration
- Conclusion on compliance with the fire safety requirements and standards of the warehouse of the organization
- Cash register card
- A copy of the certificate of entry into the Register of Small Business Entities
- A document confirming the availability of the proper amount of authorized capital (300,000 rubles for applicants included in the Register of Small Business Entities, 1 million rubles for other applicants)
- Power of attorney.
