Instructions
Step 1
Design a standard portfolio page. It is a good idea to choose a consistent style for the entire document, such as a creative background, a border, and a specific set of fonts. If you are designing a portfolio for a large competition, use the services of a designer or use a graphic editor yourself.
Step 2
Tell us about the goals and objectives of music education in your kindergarten. Consider the situation that occurred before you took this position. Describe the music education methods used in your preschool.
Step 3
Describe the repertoire you use for the job. Attach lyrics of poems, notes of songs. If among the presented works there are your personal compositions, be sure to indicate this fact in your portfolio.
Step 4
Attach visual materials. Try to prepare them in advance, over several seasons. These can be photographs from classes, rehearsals, matinees. Choose the pictures where you are with the children, as well as the most interesting shots of the kids individually. Record a video or make a "cut" from materials taken from different events.
Step 5
Pay special attention to the title page. If the format of the event for which you are creating a portfolio allows, make the cover bright and creative: this way you can quickly attract attention.
Step 6
Spiral the pages together. Make a hard cover, if possible - laminate each sheet. Attach a large envelope on the last page, which will contain visual materials (disk, photo).
Step 7
At the end of the portfolio, indicate a list of used literature, guidelines. Do not forget about other important information that personalizes the document.
