Instructions

Step 1

Calculate the length of service, reflecting in it all the years worked according to the work book. At the same time, the length of service should also include maternity leave up to 1, 5 years, military service, and being in places of imprisonment. It is also necessary to take into account the period of time during which a person was caring for a disabled person of group 1 or a disabled child, as well as relatives over 80 years old. To confirm these facts, it is necessary to obtain certified documents from the pension fund at the place of residence and other relevant organizations.

Step 2

Determine the employee's continuous work experience. It includes a period of time (up to one month) during which a job search was carried out after being fired of their own free will. Also, the experience continues to accumulate if the employee quit due to the transfer of the spouse to a new place of work in another locality.

Step 3

Calculate seniority using available software. This procedure must be performed by each employee from time to time in order to calculate current pension savings, as well as the possibilities for obtaining a loan from the bank, on the basis of this. The Microsoft Office Excel program is suitable for this. In separate cells of the document, enter data on employment and dismissal from all places of work.

Step 4

Fill in the two main columns with the dates of hiring and firing from it, and between them indicate the period during which you were looking for a job. Specify the data on your work book, the number of lines must correspond to the number of entries in it.

Step 5

Find the "Ʃ" (AutoSum) icon on the Microsoft Excel toolbar. Select the entire first line with numbers and click on the icon. Repeat these steps for all stitches. As a result, you can quickly calculate the entire available work experience.
