Before you open a company and start making some serious money, you need to do a really big job. This concerns the creation of an idea, drawing up a business plan, accumulating the required amount of funds and, of course, registering a joint venture. Any lawyer can tell you how to do this.

Step 1
Before submitting documents for registration of a joint venture, select its legal form. This is directly related to the type of activity that this organization will carry out. An example is an audit firm. Such a company must be registered as a commercial one.
Step 2
After you have decided on the legal form of the organization, pay the state fee. Article 333.33 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation implies the contribution of funds to the account of registration actions in the following amounts:

For state registration of a legal entity - 2000 rubles;
Step 4
For state registration of a political party or one of its regional associations - 1000 rubles;
Step 5
For the state registration of all amendments to the constituent documents, for the liquidation of a legal entity (except for bankruptcy) - 400 rubles;
Step 6
For state registration of an individual entrepreneur - 400 rubles.
Step 7
The aforementioned Law also presupposes the existence of benefits for the payment of state fees. However, this rule applies only to government agencies.
Step 8
Then write a statement, which in accordance with Article 9 of Law No. 129-FZ, submit to the tax authority. An authorized person of this organization must sign this document and register your application.
Step 9
In order to register a joint venture, consider the composition of the founders in advance. Also, form an authorized capital, the minimum amount of which depends on the chosen legal form and is provided for by Russian law.

Also prepare all the necessary documents in advance. This list includes the following securities:

A statement signed by the applicant with a request to register this organization. The document must be drawn up in accordance with the form No. Р11001, which was approved by the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation on June 19, 2002 No. 439 (as amended on December 13, 2005, No. 760);
Step 12
The protocol in which the decision to create a legal entity is drawn up;

Compiled constituent documents (can be replaced with notarized copies);

Receipt for payment of the state fee.
