In accordance with the law, it is necessary to submit the document to the bank within 15 days from the date of receipt of a customs permit for the import or export of goods, or within 15 days of the month following the month of delivery, if this group of goods does not provide for customs declaration. A certificate of supporting documents is kept by the bank in a dossier along with a transaction passport and a certificate of foreign exchange transactions.
