Instructions

Step 1

In the upper right part of the document, indicate the name of the bank to which the document will be submitted. Next, write the position, name, surname and patronymic of the person filling out the certificate. Below is the number of the passport of the transaction concluded under the contract or agreement. Indicate the name of the document ("Certificate of supporting documents"), positioning it in the center of the page.

Step 2

Make a table with several columns, including the current date, document type code, customs declaration number, the amount of supporting documents in established currency units. You can find out the approved codes for the designation of the necessary documents from the Bank of Russia Instruction No. 258-P, which is devoted to the procedure for submitting supporting documents to authorized banks. For the convenience of filling out the table, refer to the electronic system "Consultant Plus", where detailed recommendations are given regarding entering the correct data.

Step 3

Certify the certificate with the signatures of authorized officials, as well as the seal of the organization. In accordance with the law, it is necessary to submit the document to the bank within 15 days from the date of receipt of a customs permit for the import or export of goods, or within 15 days of the month following the month of delivery, if this group of goods does not provide for customs declaration. A certificate of supporting documents is kept by the bank in a dossier along with a transaction passport and a certificate of foreign exchange transactions.
