The Arbitration Court of the Moscow Region is one of the most famous and largest courts of the Russian Federation. Its activities are clearly regulated by the Federal Law “On the Judicial System of the Russian Federation”. When making decisions and considering economic disputes, this court relies on the norms of not only this law, but also the Civil Code, the Federal Law "On Combating Corruption" and other regulatory legal acts. At the moment, the court is staffed by 67 judges. Many of them are candidates of science, some have the title of "Honored Lawyer of Russia". The chairman of the court is in charge of the work of the court - that is now Pleshkov Dmitry Vadimovich.

According to the current legislation, the chairman has three deputy judges. The panel of judges is divided into a collegium for the consideration of civil disputes and a collegium for administrative disputes. The court also has the following departments:

- department of informatization and communication;

- department of material and technical support;

- security department;

- department for systematization of legislation;

- the department responsible for office work;

- accounting.

The secretariat is responsible for organizational work in the court.
