To give a course to the solution of the issue in the arbitration court, you must pay the state fee. Its size depends on several factors, so first you need to find out the amount in the state body itself or look in open sources.

Step 1
Calculate the amount to be deposited. In some cases, you can get an exemption from the need to pay it in full or in part. For example, such an exemption can be applied if the statement of claim is filed in the interests of protecting the rights of children or if persons with disabilities of I and II groups, representatives of state bodies, act as the plaintiff. The basic concepts of state duty are given in Chapter 25.3 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation, and in Art. 333.21. the rates for cases that will be considered in the arbitration court are prescribed. Thus, the amount payable depends on the following factors: • the status of the plaintiff (natural or legal person); • the amount of the claim; • the nature of the application and claims. funds to be deposited into the account of government agencies depends on the role of the payer. In some cases, the amount must be paid in advance, in others - within 10 days after the decision is made.
Step 2
Fill out the state fee payment form. It can be obtained from the institution or downloaded free of charge from the website of the court to which the application will be sent. It must contain the following information: • amount in figures and in words; • tax status and data of the payer (for legal entities - name, TIN, KPP, for citizens - full name and actual place of residence); • payment details (bank name, BIK, TIN, KPP, account number, name of the court); • information about the judicial organization (name, OKATO, 20-digit budget classification code); • purpose of payment; • other marks (number and date of the document).
Step 3
Come to the bank and pay the state fee. This can be done in any department. To complete the operation, you will need to present your passport. Keep in mind that the financial institution, for its part, takes a commission for such transactions, and its value may differ from bank to bank. As a rule, the amounts are small and do not depend on the size of the transfer.
