- then references are made to the norms of legislation, the content of the apartment sale and purchase agreement and other documents (for example, an extract from the personal account), which confirm the obligation to pay for residential premises and utilities only from the moment the ownership of such premises arises, as well as no obligation to pay the debt of the previous owner based on the terms of the concluded agreement;

- disagreement with the debts of the previous owner included in the personal account is summarized and the obligation of the management company to collect debts on mandatory payments from the previous owner of the dwelling is indicated;

3) the pleading part:

- specifies the requirements for the exclusion from the personal account of the debt for housing services of the previous owner and the prevention of their inclusion in the future;

- a reminder of the management company is prescribed about the need to give a written answer within 10 days to this statement, as well as about the possibility of contacting the regulatory and supervisory or judicial authorities.

Copies of documents confirming the applicant's arguments are attached to the application.

At the end of the application, a date is stamped and signed by the applicant.
