It is best to take care of your future before entering the university. You can immediately, after leaving school, get a job in the organization whose profile you want to make your profession. You, of course, will be satisfied with a small auxiliary position. In this case, you have the opportunity to familiarize yourself in practice with your future profession in advance, to establish yourself, make the management evaluate your talents and agree with him that after graduation they will take you to their job. This option is the most long-term, but reliable. It allows you to carry out at this enterprise and your pre-diploma, industrial practice and use its materials when writing a thesis.
Step 2
If you could not agree before entering the university, then try to prove yourself in production practice. Get a job, even on a volunteer basis, at the enterprise where you would like to work, prove yourself and get the principal consent of the management to hire you a year after completing your education.
Step 3
If you received a diploma, but you do not have a job yet, then go through the standard path by mailing resumes to all potential employers. A well-written resume will help you gain attention.
Step 4
Use all the ways you can find a job: monitoring the media and the Internet, dating and connections. They should not be discounted - nowadays many enterprises prefer to hire specialists on the recommendation of their employees. In addition, there is a steady interest of employers specifically in specialists without experience, which is not a problem to acquire, but active, trained and energetic. This is your chance too.
Step 5
Show a little insolence by contacting the HR departments of the businesses where you would like to work directly. Even if at the moment they have no vacancies, then one should not discount such a factor as natural turnover. The fact that you have already introduced yourself by taking the initiative will be your advantage when such a vacancy appears.
