Step 1
After all the troubles, when the court's decision is made, it remains to remove the arrest from the property. First of all, you should go to the court where the case was considered and file a request for the release of the arrest in the name of the judge who dealt with this issue. The judge will appoint a meeting for a certain date, the claim will be considered regardless of whether the other participants in the case will be present. After consideration of the claim, a court ruling is issued to revoke the arrest. If the rest of the participants in the case do not agree with the decision of the court, then they can appeal it to the court of appeal.
