To formalize the dismissal of employees, a personnel order is drawn up to terminate (terminate) an employment contract in a unified form of document No. T-8 and No. T-8a. The document is drawn up by an employee of the personnel service, signed by the head of the organization and announced to the dismissed employee against receipt.

Instructions

Step 1

Download the unified form of the order to terminate the employment contract with the employee in the form No. T-8. If several people are dismissed, a unified form No. T-8a will be required. Fill out the form by hand or on your computer.

Step 2

Enter the serial number of the document and the date of the order. In the line "Terminate the employment contract", write the number and date of the employment contract that was concluded with the employee.

Step 3

Write on the line “fire” the date the employee was fired (last day of work). Fill in the lines "full name", "structural unit", "position", the field "personnel number".

Step 4

Correctly fill in the line “grounds for termination (termination) of the employment contract, (dismissal), the entry in it must contain a link to the article of the Labor Code corresponding to the reason for termination of the employment contract. Examples of entries:

- "at their own request, article 77 (the article number is written in numbers), part one (the part number is written in words), clause 3 (the item number is in figures) of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation (written on the line below)";

- "by agreement of the parties, article 77, paragraph 1 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation (written on the line below)."

Step 5

Indicate in the line "Ground" the name, number and date of the original document, for example, write "statement of 2012-10-03" or "agreement on termination of the employment contract No. 1 of 2012-10-03".

Step 6

Sign the order by the supervisor and familiarize the employee with the document. The dismissed employee must sign the order, indicating the date of the last day of work in the organization. Make a record of the order in the register of personnel documents.

Step 7

Execute, on the basis of the order, an entry in the employee's personal card (form No. T-2), work book, draw up a "Note-calculation upon termination (termination) of an employment contract with an employee (dismissal)" in form No. T-61. Give a copy of the order and a calculation note to the payroll accountant.
