So that no problems subsequently arise, you need to draw up a competent receipt, and also save it.

Step 1
The receipt is made in simple writing. Drawing up a receipt is necessary if you lend money or, on the contrary, return the debt, if you pay, for example, under a rental agreement, as well as in other similar cases. The receipt must be written in full by the debtor's hand.
Step 2
Any document must be entitled, a receipt is no exception. Coming back from the top edge of the sheet of paper, write the word "receipt". Indicate the location of the document below. It is impossible to draw up a receipt correctly without specifying these details.

Then, the person who receives the money must write his full surname, first name and patronymic, putting the pronoun "I" in front of them and a comma after it. Following the last name, first name and patronymic, in brackets, his passport data, as well as the place of registration, are indicated. After the closed parenthesis, the address of the actual residence of the recipient of the money is written.

Now you need to write the words "received from", and then write the data of the person who gives the money. In order to correctly draw up a receipt, just as in the case of the recipient of the money, the surname, name, patronymic, passport data, registration address and actual place of residence are indicated in the same sequence.
Step 5
When drawing up a receipt, after the given parties, the amount of money is indicated, which is transferred from one person to another. The name of the currency is also indicated. In addition, it is advisable to indicate the reason for the transfer of money: debt, payment, debt repayment. If we are talking about a debt, when drawing up a receipt, it is necessary to indicate after what time, from the moment of drawing up a receipt and transferring money, it must be repaid. If money is given at interest, this is also indicated along with the interest rate. If you borrow or lend money without accruing interest, do not forget to indicate it in a separate phrase. Speaking of payment, it is indicated what the money is being paid for. For example, when paying for a rented apartment, it is indicated for which month the payment is made.

At the end of the receipt, under all its conditions, the date, surname and initials, as well as the signature of the recipient of the money, are indicated.
