Instructions
Step 1
The mechanism and procedure for state registration is as follows: the applicant provides a full package of required documents on a certain specific subject of the appeal; the specialist of the registration service, after checking the package of documents and the application, transfers them to the state registrar, who, in the absence of any violations, fills out a stamp on the examination; then the documents are sent for making entries in the register (USRR); preparation and issuance of a certificate.
Step 2
To quickly go through all the stages of registration, it is extremely important to collect a complete package of documentation. Depending on each specific type of appeal, you need your own package of documents. When submitting documents, you must remember to draw up and receive a receipt for admission, and one copy must be given to the applicant. For example, to register an apartment sale and purchase agreement, the following is required: the agreement itself, a document confirming the payment of the state duty; a document confirming the ownership of the seller; cadastral passport; a copy of the house book or an extract from those registered at this address; additional documents that establish restrictions, existence, origin, termination or transfer of rights to real estate.
Step 3
For any questions that arise regarding the preparation of a package of necessary documents, you can seek advice from the specialists of the consulting centers of the territorial divisions of the Registration Chamber. This can be done in person, by free phone or on the Rosreestr website.
