But there are a great many normative acts regulating the relationship between man and society. How to find the law you need if you need to familiarize yourself with its norm?

Step 1
Any normative act, including the law, has its own details. These include its name, number and date. This information is mandatory for each such document. In addition, any law is deemed to have come into force only after it is published. This means that laws can be found in newspapers, specialized magazines and in the form of separate publications on paper. With the advent of the Internet, you no longer need to rummage through mountains of documents in search of the law you need. You can easily find the resolution, decree, law, GOST or SanPiN you need by searching in your browser.
Step 2
If you know the full name of the law, its number and date, or any of these three details, then in the search bar it is enough to type any of them and select any site from the list on which the text of this law is published. Usually, all changes in legislation are quickly tracked on the Internet, but please note that the text is marked "valid" and the content of the law is current as of the current date.
Step 3
When you do not know the exact details, you can use free services on the Internet, which are provided by the largest legal systems "Consultant" and "Garant". These are paid systems that professional lawyers use in their work. But, having entered the free service, you can, by filling in the fields that you know, in the request, get a list of documents with all the details that meet the parameters specified in the request. After reviewing it, select the laws that you need. Knowing the details, type them in a browser search query and see the text of the law.
Step 4
In the search bar of the browser, you can also form a request without knowing the full name of the document. Write it in the format: [+ ("props1" "props2" &! Word) ~~ (word1 | word2 | word3)]. Enter the name or part of it as requisites. Sign "&!" means that the name contains the specified word. To narrow your search, after the "~~" mark, include words and definitions that are not relevant to this document. This part of the request is optional. So, you can find the law on consumer protection by request: [+ ("ФЗ" &! Consumers)], and GOST on paperwork on request: [+ ("GOST" "2003" &! Documents)].
