The vacation schedule is a local regulatory act that contains information on the priority of granting vacations to employees who are on the staff of the organization. This document can be drawn up by personnel personnel, in its absence - by an accountant, but only the head of the organization must approve. This act has a unified form No. T-7.
Instructions
Step 1
First, it should be noted that the vacation schedule must be drawn up by all organizations, regardless of the number of employees in the state. The main annual leave is 28 calendar days. It can be increased, for example, when working in the Far North or areas close to it.
Step 2
First, you must fill in the header of the form. Enter here the name of the organization in accordance with the constituent documents. Then, in a small plate, consisting of three columns and two lines, indicate the serial number of the document, the date of its preparation and the year for which the form is drawn up.
Step 3
What is on your right, that is, the lines "Approved" and "Date", do not need to be filled in. Leave this place for the leader.
Step 4
The main text of the graph is presented in the form of a table, which consists of ten columns. In the first, indicate the structural unit in which the employee works, for example, the personnel department or department. In the second column, write the position occupied by the employee (preferably without any abbreviations). Next, enter your last name, first name and patronymic in full. In the fourth column, fill in the employee's personnel number.

In the next column, write the number of vacation days. Remember that it can be divided into parts at the request of the employee, one of which should not be less than fourteen days. In the sixth column, indicate the planned vacation date, and in the next, enter the actual, that is, you will fill in this column during the year as employees leave on vacation.
Step 6
If the vacation was postponed, then indicate the reason, for example, the employee's statement and the date of the expected vacation due (note that the employee must choose the time). In the tenth column, provide any notes.
Step 7
Sign the vacation schedule with the head of the HR department, then give it to the head of the organization for approval.
