It is better to gain experience in a specialty during your studies. This, of course, is not necessary, but it will be very helpful when writing a resume and further applying for a job. Summer is a time of vacations, which means that vacancies can be found in companies to replace vacationing employees.
Step 2
Practice while studying is also a great opportunity to acquire useful skills in your specialty. Of course, the practice time is unlikely to be noted in the work book, but this is also a work experience, albeit a short one. Therefore, the place of practice can be noted when drawing up a resume, which will show the future employer the presence of, albeit small, but still experience and can have a beneficial effect on his decision.

While studying, the opportunity to do an internship at a large company should not be neglected. Usually university students for the summer period or throughout the year are invited by different companies to undergo free internships. Many of these firms are well known in the business community, and they have jobs for students of different profiles. Therefore, even if you have to work for several months for free, you will gain vast experience of working in a serious company, you will be able to gain the necessary practical knowledge and better understand what the chosen specialty is. Not to mention the fact that such work experience will definitely be appreciated by the future employer.

In addition, internships are also good because after them some companies arrange for the best specialists. Therefore, students of the last years are invited to them: immediately after receiving a diploma, they can start work. So far, such a personnel arrangement is used only by Western companies, but gradually Russian firms are adopting the tradition of looking for employees among the best graduates and fighting for the best personnel.
Step 5
Even if during your studies you were not able to get a job in your specialty and gain experience, it does not matter. This can be done immediately after graduation. Do not give up right away if the company offers an internship for which the employee does not receive a salary. Many graduates agree to free activities in order to gain experience. However, for such work, you only need to go to a really good, proven company. Then after the end of the internship, even if you do not get the expected job, it will be possible to present these 2-3 months in your resume as valuable work experience in an international corporation.
Step 6
At first, you can get a job as an assistant, assistant to some experienced employee. No experience is required for these positions, and there are a lot of vacancies presented. But you need to choose the vacancies of your profile so that the time at work is not wasted, and you would get enough practical skills in your field of activity. In the future, in such a position, growth or change of the company is possible with the receipt of an already higher and well-paid position.
