Step 1

Write a statement addressed to the manager in whose organization you currently work. In the document, indicate the reasons for the transfer (relocation, better conditions, etc.). Here you must include information about the new place of work (company name, position).

Step 2

To confirm the transfer, provide your current employer with a letter of request from the head of the organization to which you plan to transfer. Check the information in the document. The expected date of commencement of work, position and name of the structural unit should be indicated here.

Step 3

After that, the director of the company in which you are listed must consider your application. If there are several founders, the decision on the transfer is made at the meeting of the members of the Society. The results are documented in the form of a protocol.

Step 4

Next, your manager must issue an order to terminate the employment contract (form No. T-8). This administrative document is sent to you for signature. Check the information and sign it. Please note what is the basis for dismissal, your application and letter of request from your future employer should be indicated here. In addition, the order must include such wording as “Dismissal takes place in the order of transfer to (name of organization)”.

Step 5

Based on the above documents, a personnel worker enters information into your personal card. In your presence, the official must make the following entry in the work book: "Fired by transfer to (name of the host company) in accordance with paragraph 5 of Article 77 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation." After that, the blue seal of the organization is affixed, the document is given for signature to the head of the organization. The receiving party under this entry must make a note that you are accepted into the state.
