Step 1
See a therapist and complain about feeling unwell. Many doctors are sympathetic to women in position, and write them out without delay. If you have some kind of chronic illness, you can also go to a specialist (for example, a neurologist or endocrinologist) so that he can write you a sick leave.
Step 2
If a doctor has written you a referral to a hospital, then regardless of whether you agree with his decision, or refuse treatment in the hospital, he must issue you a sick leave, as the disease can threaten the health of your child. When prescribing outpatient treatment, follow all the doctor's prescriptions and in case of deterioration of health, be sure to go to the hospital.
Step 3
If your pregnancy threatens with complications during childbirth, contact your gynecologist so that she examines you and, if there is a threat of premature birth, send you to the hospital. In this case, you should not refuse, as you can really lose the child. In the hospital, you will be given a sick leave. You can close it after leaving the hospital.
Step 4
If you have other children under the age of 14, then in the event that they become ill, you can take sick leave to care for them. However, if this disease threatens your health and the health of the unborn baby, it is still better to place the sick child in a hospital or go with him to the hospital for the entire duration of his illness.
Step 5
If you have a disabled close relative, you can also take sick leave to take care of him, depending on his illness.
Step 6
If you were unable to get sick leave, but you still find it difficult to endure your position, contact your employer so that he or she can ease your working conditions (if he hasn’t done it yet) or allow you to work from home.
