If you have a desire to find a job and you have the Internet, then half of the way to finding a suitable job for you has already passed! Today, more and more employers are no longer turning to recruitment agencies and companies, posting job offers directly on the Internet, on sites that ensure the reunification of those who offer jobs and those who take on the job. Sooner or later, in Russia, as well as in the West, the Internet will oust recruitment agencies and newspaper advertisements from the labor market.
Instructions
Step 1
The first step to finding a job on the Internet is to search for those popular sites on which employers from different cities traditionally post job advertisements. There are several such well-known all-Russian sites, we will name the most popular ones: rabota.ru,.superjob.ru, hh.ru, job.ru, telejob.ru, zarplata.ru.
Step 2
Submit your resume on these sites. In order for a potential employer, looking through the information provided by several dozen applicants, to pay attention to yours, it must be drawn up correctly. A lot of reference and analytical materials posted on the Internet are devoted to this topic, take the time and study them.
Step 3
Subscribe to the newsletter of new vacancies on these sites. Whenever possible, use an RSS-subscription, which will announce new vacancies immediately, rather than once a day like e-mail. This form of job search is passive.
Step 4
Another form of search will be active when you send your resume to organizations in your city, whose sites you can find on the Internet. But this method is good for those specialists who have already acquired high qualifications and are in demand in the labor market.
Step 5
Regularly check the websites of those companies and enterprises in your city that interest you in terms of work. In the section "Vacancies" you can find out that this organization needs specialists. Even if your resume is already in the database of this organization, do not consider it too difficult to send information about yourself again to advertise a vacancy. Remember that the road will be mastered by the walking!
