Step 1

The hotel bill for the provision of accommodation services in the 3-G form was approved in December 1993 by the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, the use of this form from December 2008 for accounting purposes is illegal in connection with the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 359. However, some hotels upon receipt of payment for the provision of accommodation, this form is drawn up.

Step 2

Please fill out this form, typed in blue ink, legible handwriting. In the upper left corner, you must indicate the name of the hotel, its address and telephone number. For these purposes, you can use typing with typed text.

Step 3

Enter the account number in Arabic numerals. On the invoice forms of the 3-G form, you can stamp numbers using a special device - a numerator. Write the date corresponding to the date and month of receipt of payment for the stay. In the line of the settlement index, you need to write the internal numbering of the settlement.

Step 4

Next, put down the name of the hotel again, if it has been assigned a star rating, indicate it. Under the name in the specially designated lines, indicate the number of the room occupied by the guest, if necessary, the hotel building.

Step 5

The following table is dedicated to the stay of the guest at the hotel. Indicate in the second column all the services that the resident used, including advance room reservation, accommodation (indicate the number of days, cost per day and for the entire duration of the stay), telephone, refrigerator, dry cleaning, laundry. Multiply the cost of each service and the amount of use, add up all the amounts and write down the final result. In the blank lines left below, put a dash. Write the result in numbers and in words. Sign.

Step 6

Use cash register equipment and give the guest a cashier's receipt along with the 3-D form.
