Step 1
The insurance experience is calculated based on several parameters: - periods of work under an employment contract; - periods of civil and municipal service; - periods of activity during which a citizen was subject to compulsory social insurance. The calculation is made for the entire calendar year. The 30 days of the period are converted to a month, while the 12 months are converted to a full reference year. If the data for several months is the same, then they are also drawn up as a single insurance period. The insurance experience is taken into account, as a rule, according to the work book. If it contains inaccurate data, or it is absent, additional documents are attached: - employment contracts; - certificates from employers; - personal accounts for the payment of wages.
Step 2
If the total insurance experience exceeds 8 years, then compensation is paid in the amount of 100% of the average earnings for the entire period. If the length of service is from 5 to 8 years, then the size of the payment reaches 80%. The rest of the workers, according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, are entitled to 60% of the average salary. The insurance experience is taken into account only when the corresponding insurance premiums were made to the FSS of Russia for the specified period.
