Step 1
A portfolio is necessary for a preschool teacher in order to improve their qualifications. Currently, this type of certification is quite popular among the pedagogical community. If you try to understand what a portfolio is, then you should turn to the dictionary and find out the translation of the word. A portfolio is a folder with documents. It collects all the results of the teacher's activities, his achievements. It is easy to determine the competence of a person, his professionalism.
Step 2
When the educator starts designing the portfolio, he gets acquainted with the requirements. Pay attention to the sequence of points. The first is "Introduction". It contains general information. Indicate the last name, first name, patronymic, what education and when you received, how many years you have been working in your specialty, when and what refresher courses you took. Also, this item records all the awards, certificates, letters of thanks received by the educator over the past five years. All achievements must be confirmed by copies of documents certified by the head of the preschool institution.
Step 3
The second section is called "Portrait". Describe in it your personal experience in working with children, tell us about your profession. You can arrange this section in a free form, at your discretion.

In the third section, place the development of educational and educational activities with preschoolers. It is advisable to attach photographs or illustrations. Self-analyze the event. Do not forget to reflect in it how you implement an individual and differentiated approach in your work. Try to stick to the scientific principle.

In the section "Children's Achievements Folder" it is necessary to note which events your pupils took part in, which prizes they won. Do not forget to indicate the level of the Olympiad or conference (city, district or regional).

Attach copies of documents confirming the availability of prizes or simply participation. All documents included in the portfolio must be certified by the manager. Or it is necessary to submit an extract from the order indicating its number.
Step 7
Further, the educator places copies of documents confirming his professionalism. It takes into account scientific and methodological activities. These may be copies of documents indicating participation in the work of the methodological association of preschool education teachers of different levels (city, district, school), participation in various conferences, seminars, speeches at the pedagogical council. List in which competitions of pedagogical skills the teacher distinguished himself.
Step 8
It is also necessary to reflect the use of modern educational technologies by the educator. It can be an analytical report reflecting the choice and implementation of modern educational technologies, certified by the administration of the kindergarten.
Step 9
If the educator has scientific developments or published articles, be sure to mark this in the portfolio.
