In the 21st century, women take on the most difficult jobs, including men's. Thus, along with men, women are represented in the police and other structures of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Strong in spirit and body
Today, law schools are recruiting girls to the ranks of cadets and students. At the same time, requirements for girls are not reduced. They, along with the young men, take the Young Fighter Course (KMB) before taking the oath. They also study all disciplines in their specialization. They go to training grounds for shooting and tactical training, learn martial arts, self-defense and capture techniques. Also take over the daily outfits. But not every young man copes with responsibilities in such conditions.
Who do the girls work for
Women can be found in various police departments. This is the investigative department, where interrogators and investigators work, and the criminal investigation department, where the positions of detectives or criminologists are more often obtained, and non-departmental security, and district workers. There are women in the traffic police in the position of inspector or patrol guard. In the juvenile affairs inspectorate, mostly women are employed. Universities of the FSIN system train female escorts, security guards in women's and children's colonies.
In addition, many women serve in administrative positions:
- department for the implementation of administrative legislation;
- department of information technology, communication and information protection;
- direction of office work and regime.
Career
Often, entering the service as a lieutenant (subject to graduation from a higher educational institution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs), women soon find themselves not in the positions of ordinary employees, but in the positions of assistant managers or become leaders themselves. This is due to the fact that the fair sex, who has chosen to serve the people and the fatherland as his profession, devotes himself entirely to the profession, showing miracles of efficiency. The police serve the fair sex, even with the rank of general.
However, it must be remembered that when entering the service in the structural divisions of the police, a woman condemns herself to work seven days a week (if the situation requires it) and at any time of the day. For this reason, after 2-3 years, when the romance is gone, only girls devoted to their profession, who the whole country are proud of, remain in the service of the people.
