Step 1
When registering an employee under a fixed-term employment contract, he must write an application for admission to the position. In the header of the document, enter the name of the company, the last name, initials of the first person of the company, as well as your last name, first name, patronymic in accordance with the identity document, and the address of the place of residence (postal code, region, city, town, street, house number, buildings, apartments). In the content of the application, state your request for employment, indicate the name of the position and structural unit. Please personally sign the document and the date it was written. The application is sent to the head of the organization for consideration, who puts a resolution on it with a date and signature.
Step 2
The director issues an order for the hiring of this specialist. Give the document a number and date, enter the last name, first name, patronymic of the employee, job title in accordance with the staffing table. If you hire an employee during the absence of an employee on parental leave, indicate this reason in the subject of the order. Enter the agreed terms for which this specialist is supposed to be admitted, familiarize him with the order against signature. The first person of the company has the right to sign the administrative document; he also certifies the order with the seal of the organization.
Step 3
Conclude an employment contract with the employee, in which you write down the rights and obligations of the parties. Indicate the previously agreed terms for which this specialist is accepted for the position. This agreement is automatically renewed unless terminated after the expiration date specified therein. Enter the details of the company, employee details. On the part of the employer, the director of the company signs, certifies with the seal of the organization, on the part of the employee - the specialist hired for the position. Give the contract a number and date.
Step 4
In the employee's work book, make a record of hiring in accordance with the rules for keeping work books. In the first and second columns, enter the serial number, the date of admission to the position in Arabic numerals. In the information about the job, write the name of the company, the name of the position and the structural unit. In the grounds, indicate the date and number of the order for the hiring of this specialist.
