At work, most of the day often passes, and therefore of the whole life. It's good if these hours are filled with interesting things to do, the joy of communicating with colleagues, the excitement of achieving goals and creative projects. But if you count the minutes before the end of the working day, come home broken and dissatisfied, then you should think about changing your place of work.

Step 1
Take a piece of paper and a pen. Write down all the qualities that you would like you to see in your ideal job. List all the points - from the convenience of the location to the level of income (of course, taking into account your own qualifications and education). Now analyze how many of these characteristics you have in your current job. This will help you understand why you came up with the idea of changing jobs at all, and the results may surprise you. For example, in your dreams, the work should be completely different, but the current one keeps you in a habit or a close-knit team. In any case, if you are thinking about changing jobs, internally you are already ready for such a step.
Step 2
Give yourself a mindset that you will not quit your current job until you find a place that is more profitable and promising in all respects. But in parallel, start a new search. Create a resume that reflects all of your accomplishments to date.
Step 3
Select the companies in which you would like to work. Explore their corporate website, read reviews in the press and on thematic forums. Even if these enterprises do not require new employees, send your resume with the mark "to the personnel reserve". It is quite possible that you will be invited for an interview, and this step will serve as a kind of impetus for you from the outside.
Step 4
Don't be afraid to radically change your activity. If you work as an accountant and have dreamed of being a florist all your life, you will still regret later that you did not dare to make changes in your time. Don't be afraid that new choices will generate less revenue. Yes, this is partly relevant, but only for the first time. Favorite work necessarily implies enthusiasm, inspiration and a lot of new ideas. If you have chosen a business to your liking, sooner or later you will begin to develop it and move forward.
