In accordance with Articles 114 and 115 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, all employees working at an enterprise under an employment contract are entitled to annually provided paid leave. Scheduling vacations should be done no later than two weeks before the next calendar year. During it, the schedule will be filled in, information on the actually used vacations and information on their transfer will be entered into it.

Instructions

Step 1

The first step is to determine the length of your vacation. To do this, calculate the vacation experience. If during the entire working year the work experience was not interrupted, then the employee is provided with a rest of 28 calendar days. This time can be used by the employee at the same time or in parts. In case of irregular working days, the vacation must be increased by at least 3 calendar days. Minors are granted 31 days of paid annual leave. Additional leaves are given to employees engaged in work with harmful and hazardous working conditions.

Step 2

Leave time is given to employees throughout the year or during periods of the least activity of the enterprise. When scheduling, take into account the rules of interchangeability so that the departure of one employee could not negatively affect the entire production process. At the same time, collect the wishes of employees about the start time and duration of their vacations, settle any disagreements between employees who want to leave at the same time, if the organization does not have such possibilities. Requests should be made in writing in the form of an application and a questionnaire. If no information has been received, the head of the structural unit has the right to independently distribute vacations, taking into account all possible nuances of production activities.

Step 3

When scheduling vacations, you need to keep in mind the employees, whose opinions should be taken into account first. The category of employees entitled to leave at a convenient time for themselves includes: citizens exposed to radiation as a result of the accident at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant; heroes of the Soviet Union, RF; honorary donors, World War II veterans, labor veterans; employees who have not reached the age of majority; men during maternity leave for their wives; part-time workers and other categories of employees.

Step 4

You can still make various changes to the already approved vacation schedule. All life situations are simply impossible to predict. The transfer of rest to another time period is possible in cases where the employee was untimely paid for the previous vacation or the employee was warned about the rest later than two weeks before it. The postponement of vacation to the next calendar year may be a consequence of the unfavorable effect of the employee's rest on the work process.
