Instructions

Step 1

Average earnings should be calculated for 24 months of work before the period of temporary disability. The total amount obtained by calculation must be divided by 730, that is, by the number of calendar days in the billing period, regardless of how many days were actually worked.

Step 2

The total estimated amount for payment of benefits includes all earnings from which income tax has been withheld. The funds received for social benefits, which include payments for sick leave, material assistance, social assistance, are not taken into account in the estimated amount. The resulting figure must be divided by 730. The initial number will be the base average daily earnings for 2 years. Further, the calculation is made depending on the total length of service of the employee. With work experience of 8 years, 100% of the average earnings are paid, from 5 to 8 years - 80%, up to 5 years - 60%.

Step 3

If temporary incapacity for work occurred due to caring for a child under 15 years old, then for outpatient care you must pay 10 days, depending on the length of service, from day 11 - 50% regardless of the length of service of the employee. For inpatient care - all days depending on the length of service, but not more than 15 days for one case of care. It should also be borne in mind that days of care in total throughout the year can be paid at the rate of 45 days for all cases of caring for a child from 7 to 15 years old, for a child under 7 years old - 60 days, for a disabled child - 120 days. There is no time limit for paid child care for HIV-infected children affected by routine vaccinations.

Step 4

Sick leave for pregnancy and childbirth is paid at the rate of 100% of average earnings, regardless of length of service. You can get paid from all employers for whom the woman worked during the billing period. If a woman does not have enough work experience of 24 months, then starting from 6 months of work experience, the calculation should be made from the actual amount of earnings divided by the actual number of calendar days. With an experience of up to 6 months, the calculation is made with the minimum wage. Also, with the minimum wage, a calculation should be made for those women whose salary was less than the minimum wage or by calculating the amount turned out to be less than based on the minimum wage. The maximum limit for calculating maternity leave pay, which was 415,000 rubles per one year, was removed.

Step 5

For women who go from one maternity leave to another maternity leave, the calculation should be made 24 months before the first maternity leave. This also applies to the number of changes made to the law. Earlier, payments were the estimated amount with the minimum wage.

Step 6

If the sick employee has worked at the enterprise for less than 24 months, he must submit a salary certificate from all employers for whom he worked during the billing period. In cases where the employee has not worked for the previous time, the calculation should be made from the actual earnings divided by the actual number of calendar days, but only if the length of service is 6 months or more. Up to 6 months, the calculation is based on the minimum wage.
