Instructions

Step 1

The easiest way would be to contact a law firm that deals with such issues. The company will do everything for you, you will only need to pay the license fee - 1300 rubles - and its services. The procedure for obtaining a trade license is not quick: up to 30 days.

Step 2

First, you need to decide in what form you will conduct trading activities. You can become an individual entrepreneur or create a legal entity (for example, LLC). Each of these forms has its own pros and cons that affect the conduct of trading activities. An individual entrepreneur does not comply with the "Procedure for conducting cash transactions" and, therefore, has the right to dispose of the proceeds at its own discretion, and the LLC is obliged to hand over the proceeds to the bank, since these are funds of a legal entity. In turn, individual entrepreneurs are not entitled to conduct, for example, trade in alcohol, in addition, other restrictions are imposed on them.

Step 3

To obtain a trade permit, the following documents are required:

1. constituent documents of a legal entity, an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities or a certificate of registration of the right to individual labor activity for an individual entrepreneur;

2. certificate of registration with the Federal Tax Service;

3. for a legal entity - full name and bank details of the head and chief accountant;

4. lease agreement for the premises in which you intend to trade;

5. conclusions of SES, GPN;

6. certificate from the tax office about the absence of arrears to the city budget;

7. an agreement with an organization that is engaged in garbage collection;

8. a list of products that you will trade;

9. sanitary certificate of the premises for trade.

In addition, an appropriate license is required to trade in alcohol.

These documents are submitted to the Consumer Market Administration of the county administration of the city in which you intend to trade.

Step 4

As a rule, a trade permit is issued for a period that coincides with the term of the premises lease agreement. However, if you are engaged in seasonal trade (for example, a Christmas tree bazaar), then other periods are provided.
